Do you think that
the celebritys ever PMS (sure they do) But do they pig out like we do ???? I would love to know their secrets!!!!!

Celebs may be able to afford personal trainers, plastics surgery, personal chefs, etc., but they can't overcome horomones. I'm sure that they PMS and pig out but it's more likely that they let themselves go when they aren't filming something, on tour or performing.
Maybe if I were getting paid millions to look a certain way I'd find a way to resist all of the time. Who knows.
A lot of them go on crash diets before red carpet events. They detox (starve), get colonics, cut calories DRASTICALLY.
