Do you think these shoes go with this dress
I am not 100% about the shoes with the dress. I feel like they make my legs look like tree trunks but at the same time that means I have 4 hours to look for shoes!

The dress is really cute but shoes do cut you off at the ankle. Try Payless or Target even. I'm sure you'll find something. If you really don't have the time, the shoes really don't look bad.

Dress is beautiful. Yeah I would look for shoes without an ankle strap.

shoes are too "heavy" for the dress. how about strappy sandals or a peep toe?
not a huge fan of the bow but these would look cute w/ the dress. Image Attachment(s):

LOVE the dress- it's gorgeous!
I do agree with the others about the shoes- a peep toe would look great.

The lower shoe with the lace would look absolutely adorable with that dress.
The shoes you have one with that dress....are a bit too dull to wear with that dress. I would look for a nice peep toe or a shoe that will expose a toe or two. If you definitely want a closed shoe...I would get a shoe with a little more "oomph" to it.

Re: Do you think these shoes go with this dress
i was thinking the same thing as you girls. I guess I will go to Love My Shoes when DH goes to pick up my MIL. I really dont want to spend a lot of money so hopefully I can find something their. I do have a really nice pair of open toe shoes but the problem with them is that I have to wear stockings (to cold not to and I have no tan at all) and my foot slides all the way to front in them so I will nto be able to dance. I always wore them to summer weddigns and didnt wear stockings.

Re: Do you think these shoes go with this dress
I ended up wearing my open toed shoes with stockings but the stockings came off after an hour of dancing. It was to hot and plus my big toe was starting to makes it way through the stocking (I hate when that happens) and no one noticed. Thanks for all your adivse. Here is a picture of the finished product but my dad cut off the shoes Image Attachment(s):

I found it at Bloomingdales and it was $170 ( A bargin to some of the other one's I found) I also went to the one in Roosevelt field. Their was a smiliar one at Macy's but the lining was nude and were the black belt is it was actually criss cross and I think it was a little less also. I will warn you that on the hanger it looks yucky and if it wasn't for my DH I would have never tried it on.
