Do you think this is a corny gift to give someone...

We bought some picture frames. 2 for my aunts, 1 for my dad's cousin and 1 for my brother's mother in law. We are close to these family members. These are nice frames that we picked up at the outlets in Lancaster. They are from Mikasa and the Pottery Barn. Now I was thinking of putting a picture of DS in each of these frames. Do you think they will like it.

Like do you think they will say to themselves "oh gee it's a picture of their kid".

I don't think it's corny at all. Very thoughtful. We do that for Gianna, and we even did it for our wedding too. People love pictures, especially ones of kids, and even more if they are framed already.

I do know that these four people are crazy about DS.

One of them though, My dad's cousin, is in mourning cuz her brother just died. Do you think it would be in bad taste if I gave her a christmas gift? Of couse I would not expect anything in return because I'm sure that the last thing on her mind is christmas shopping. I know that she is the kind of person who will display the picture frames because i've been to her place and she's got picture frames of her grandchildren all over the place. She even has picture frames of the children of her nieces and nephews.
