Do you use artificial sweetners?
I used to use splenda & sweet & low when I was dieting but I feel like it isn't good for me & it always has a funny tatse. I also thought it might be causing migraines, so I try to just use less of the real stuff. It is hard though because I like everything sweet. What are your feelings?

Splenda is made from sugar , its not artificial, Sweet and low is.

Yes, I know that about Splenda but I also heard that although it's not artificial it can cause stomach/intestinal problems, so I have been staying away from that too.

I generally don't add them to anything, but I do drink diet sodas. I don't think any of them are any better than the others, they all have chemicals in them that do who knows what to your system.
