Do you watch makeup tutorials?
I've seen some tutorials but none that would help me much. Have you found any that are helpful or any youtube/instagram accounts that would help?

Yes, all the time.
Who have you watched?
Lisa Eldridge is excellent. She is very professional & has good tips.
She can do crazy looks, but she usually doesn't.
Wayne Goss & Jordan Liberty are also good.
I watch a lot of other people who are fun, but they mostly review products & their skills are mostly limited to what works for them.

I'm not sure what you are looking for, I watch a lot of YTer's. I really like Jaclyn Hill, Kathleen Lights, Desi Perkins, Lustrelux and Manny MUA (if you don't mind watching a boy put on makeup  )
But if you want the basic, how to blend video, I found that this video was VERY helpful

Do you watch makeup tutorials?
BeautybyJJ, AndreasChoice, Donovan Gibb, DulceCandy, etc but I usually just go by product or look I want to achieve i.e red lip, smokey eye.

I search for the type of make up that I want + the product + "easy tutorial", and usually find plenty. My last search was something like "smoky eyes naked 3 palette easy tutorial"
