do you wear a sportsbra when you jog (or workout)??
I went Jogging tonight and forgot to change my bra and ouch all that bouncing up and down was kinda painful

Every time. I'm not big by any means up there but the bouncing can do a number on your back and shoulders.

I just wear the most supportive bras I have, some are sports bras, others just regular ones. I can't stand the bouncing.

you know when I started and I have yet to buy a sports bra and I thought it was ok because I would just wear a tighter bra however lately they have been very sore so I'm deff. going to have to get some. Should of listened to you from the getgo.

ALWAYS. I saw a woman with a large chest running on the treadmill with NO BRA of ANY kind  I hurt me so much to see it, they were practically hitting her in the face. Not only were her boobs flopping all over the place the shirt was so thin I could see her nipples!
