Do you work with one of these people?
They never seem to get anything done? You work and things get accomplished yet he/she works on something, never completes a project and somehow someone else gets stuck finishing it!
One of the guys I work with was supposed to complete a task BEFORE I left on Maternity leave. I came back from maternity leave to find that he STILL hadn't done it so I had to. 
Do you do anything about it?

Oh yes! I have a co-worker who totally breaks conflict of interest rules and therefore does not do much of the job he's been hired to do. And he's allowed to get away with it.

we have a few people here with no discernable job function - one Admin assit's computer is never on!!!

Jeez...I've worked with people who pretend all day they are busy, but to not even turn on the computer to make it seem like you are doing something? Wow. That's crazy.

no sh!t - and shes been here for a while, none of us can figure out how she is still employeed.
