Doctor/Hospital recommendation pls?
so I got the shock of my life last night... my period is only about a week late, so I dug out this old (not expired) CVS test to do just for fun. Well, low and behold it said positive, still in denial, DH and I went out and bought 3 more First Response tests, all positive. SO, I guess I am pregnant!
Tried calling my OB-GYN's office last night to schedule an appt., but she has nothing available soon. I never paid attention to the hospital she's affliated with, so I am not sure if it's a good one.
We are in Nassau (Bethpage), so a close by hospital would be great. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!
...I guess I am due February?

I use dr. hanauer in garden city, she's affiliated with Winthrop. Winthrop is great because they have a NICU.

I HIGHLY recommend my OB. as do a lot of other girls on here. He is located in North Babylon about 1/2 mile off the Southern State Parkway. He is affliated with Good Sam, which I was also very happy with. Here is the info in case you want it. Congrats ans good luck.

Definitely Winthrop - the New Life Center is great!
And, I second the recommendation for Dr. Hanauer, as well as her partner Dr. Dolisi.

I will be delivering in Winthrop this time around. I used Mercy with my DS but won't be going there again.
I go to Dr. Mark Brandon in RVC. FM me if you would like his #. I love him

No but her husband Ronald Kastner is my MD and I love him!!!! He is the nicest guy in the world. I was going to go to him but then found Dr. Brandon and he was so much closer to me.
