Doctor in Shirley/Patchogue?

Doctor in Shirley/Patchogue?
Can anyone recomend a primary care doctor between Shirley and Patchogue. Perferably someone with night or early morning hours in case I still have to go to work? Maybe a practice with more then one doc?

my doc. has 3 offices and are open 7 days a week.. opens at 9 am,walk in welcomed. one is in holbrook on union ave, anthother is in riverhead right by hte harley davison dealer and the 3rd(the one i go to) is off exit 61 sunrise highway) let me know if you would like there info
