It's about time!!
Its been going on for a while, but sort of under the radar - now I am seeing more articles about it - which is great....
I love how they describe the therapy for this little boy - sounds very functional... I do not like how they list autism with "other mental problems" though...

Some critics worry that the trend will trigger needless diagnoses in children with normal variations in behavior.
I agree with this. I think they are going to worry alot of parents needlessly in some cases.
For the most part though, it's a good thing if they can figure out a way to catch it earlier. I would just hope that they stick to the term "at risk" for autism rather than straight out diagnosing infants with autism.
