doe open market transfer system question

if i sign up on there, will my current principal be able to see? I don't plan on transferring right now, but I was curious to take a look at the positions here and there.

Also, when I go to the sign in page, I have to create an account. However, it says for excessed teachers. But my aunt and cousin had accounts last year (which is how I was able to find my current job- through their accts), and weren't in excess.

Any info would be helpful- thanks!

Your principal can't see if you've signed up, or if you've applied anywhere. If you get a position before the "closing date" on Open Market, they can't do a damn thing. Good luck!
