DOE teachers, please check this out.
I know this will likely be a sore spot for LIF ladies who are newer to the system- but losing seniority rights will not benefit any of us, now or down the line. I also wonder if this becomes something to be explored at the state level, if these bills pass in Albany. Anyway, this is a page in support of experienced, satisfactorily rated teachers, who will be more likely to be excessed under this law.

No you need senority otherwise Principals will get rid of teachers bc they get too expensive

And that's what will happen- if a principal can keep 2 teachers for the price of what, he/she may have to in order to maintain class size.
