Does AIRBORNE really work?
I took this last night because I felt a sore throat coming on. I almost gagged taking it! and I felt worse this morning.
Those that have tried it...has it worked for you. I don't know if I can continue taking it.

In my opinion, yes. I take it everytime I feel a cold coming over me. I've never taken it with a cold though.

My DH and I have taken it & it works. It didn't work for me this week but I didn't take it on time & my cold was not as bad as they usually are.

I swear by it. Everytime I was getting a cold or had a full blown cold, it's helped me nip it in the bud.

If you take a few at the first signs of a cold coming, i think it helps but not once you already have a full blown cold. think it just contains alot of vitamin c, zinc and other vitamins...

My DH had the worst cold and nothing would help. He finally took that stuff and felt better a day or two later.

Did you dissolve it in water? only reason I am asking is bc first time I took it, I CHEWED it  and I gagged too...then my coworker said, UM, you are supposed to put it in water!!! 
But anyway, yes, it works for me when I take it. That and Zicam.

It works great for say a cold - but you said you have a sore throat - strep is going around my office - I don't think airborne works for things like strep or anything you would need antibiotics for.

That's so funny. I started to chew on the tablet and it hurt my tongue a little bit. At that point I took a look at the directions..

Usually, I start off with a sore throat and than it turns into a cold a few days later..that's why I took it..
I heard the strep thing is going around too. But, I had a physical today and my doctor checked me for strep. Thank god the throat culture came out negative.

YES! Everytime I even start to feel like a cold could be coming I take it... I'm drinking it every 3 hrs now because I woke up with a stuffy nose.... both my kids had a cold a while back and i kept drinking Airborne and I never even had a hint of a cold....

we both use it - dh and I - and it seems to work a little. They sell it at Bj's in a three pack of airbornes.....
We've tried the lemon lime and its not too bad.....never tried the original though - is it orange flavored? (or if not, what "flavor" is it?!)
