Does anybody know

what the percentage is for a women that has already seen the heartbeat to then go back to the doctor and there not be a heartbeat before the 12 weeks? I'm always in fear that the next appointment there won't be a heartbeat anymore even though i have seen it twice already.

i remember reading these statistics somewhere way back when and even though i don't remember the numbers, i remember being surprised that they were so low once the heartbeat has been detected.

Don't quote me but I think its less than 5%

I have read it somewhere but not sure how accurate it is.... the chance of a m/c after seeing the heartbeat goes down to 5%.

I don't know the % but I went at week 6 saw a heartbeat but by week 9, no more heartbeat

But this time around I went at week 6 and week 8 saw heartbeat both times and the dr. doesn't want to see me again until week 12 - I'm so scared for these four weeks - I pray they fly by!!!!!!

I'm sorry if this is not helping you....All I can say is try not to think about it too much!!!! Just try to be positive!!!! Things will be fine!!!
