Does anyone belong to NYSC?
and if so, do you like their classes? Which ones would you recommend?

I was a member till recently. I like their Spin classes and Total Body Conditioning. I think it all depends on the instructor though. I took a kick boxing class and wasn't a fan...but with another instructor could be great!

im a member of NYSC and i used to teach SPIN classes there, they're great! but yeah, it all depends on the instrcutor. i would just try a new class each week and feel out the different teaching styles for everything. i love yoga, spin and kickboxing

i belong. im not a big fan of classes in general but when i go, i do boxing and it kicks your butt. i guess it depends in the instructor though.

I am and I tried both Step and Pilates, both teachers turned me off so I didn't return.
