Does anyone do Taebo?

I used to - but got bored with the tapes that I had (see that is how long I have had them - they are tapes)

I am looking for newer versions - any suggestions?

Any places besides Ebay that I can get them cheap?

I used to do Tae Bo and after taking cardio kickboxing classes, I found them to be boring.

Someone on this board suggested Cathe Fredrich - Kick Punch Crunch....what a great, energetic video! Love it. It's the ONLY video I found close to what I do at kickboxing.

I do Tae Bo all the time and now that I am 6 weeks post partum I have just started up again. I too have tapes (probably about 30) and also DVDs, but I just went on the TaeBo website and ordered a bunch of new ones. It really really works....I do it a few times a week, but it really whips your body into shape if you stick with it!
