I do whenever we go the the Chinese restaurant.... I love it, and so does the baby - she starts doing acrobatics moments after my first sip!

Some herbal teas are not good during pregnancy. I drink Yogi brand Mother to Be tea. I showed the ingredients to my OB and she said that was okay.

I drink green tea, black tea, white tea - pretty much everything, except decaf! I asked my doctor on wednesday if these teas were ok and she said they were fine.

I drank it a lot during my first trimester, it was the only thing I could keep down in terms of liquids.

I only drank Naturally decaffinated Green Tea with my first pregnancy. I drink decaf coffee now.
As far as green tea goes, it's ok. There was a study out a while ago that it takes away from your Folic Acid intake, but it's ok in moderation.

I was just about to write this. I have issues with folic acid absorption so I was told not to drink too much. If you are going to have green tea try to wait at least 2 hours before or after you take your vitamins. It is good for you because it has antioxidants and is low in caffeine.
