does anyone else get bad pms?
I am in pain right now. I think I am having a migraine because my head is really hurting and I eel nauseous. I also keep getting a bad cramp on and off. Does anyone else get this? Any rememdies? I think I will call the doctor tomorrow about the heacache pain...its bad!

I get the worst headaches..I take Excedrin or Advil. I also like Premsyn PMS....works pretty good. As for the cramps I just take Advil. I get horrible PMS, I wish I could take off the day before before I get AF.

It is horrible. The older I am getting the worse my PMS is. It seems as if it drags out for days before i get AF. I took 2 tylenol, a zofran for nausea and a xanax to try to relax and it barely took the edge off. This *****!

Oh god. My AF came on Friday and I STILL have cramps.. Good Lord. It gets worse as I get older too. I take perscrip. for the bad pain but on the other days I can take Midol. The whole combo of ingredients is nice..

OMG mine is the worst. I have been a suffer for years. They have something called Ponstel that my doc prescribed me but I can't seem to get it anywhere I go alot of pharm don't carry it and my insurance does not cover it but my doc says it is good. I have to see what else she can recommend me. But I take Motrin about 4 every couple of hours. I suggest a week before you get your period start taking pain killers that way the med is already in your bloodstream and it will help you. I got this trick from my doc and it seems to work for me.

I have to look that medicine up. It is the cramps I can handle, its the NAUSEA and HEADACHES that is killing me. I really think it might be a migraine because my head still hurts!

I get a terrible migrane before my period and also before I ovulate. It really s ucks. I dr. told me, "we at least you know when you are going to ovulate!!" Thanks!! And I also have to BD with a pounding headache!!!

I bloat beyond my wildest dreams, my boobs are GYNORMOUS, and I'm a raging b**ch!!! I cramp but not normally before, but a bit during, and acne, I normally get a zit front and center on my chin, it's really attractive...

I have gotten some awful PMS, the thing that seems to work best for me is regular exercise - I notice that when I am running and exerciing my PMS is better than when I am slacking off.

I did for so long and i finally went on the pill about yr and half ago. Im DREADING going off the pill bc im so scared to get bad periods again.
But i think we might TTC this summer so before i know it, i will have to be off BCP and my terrible periods will return

I get horrible migraines, and I take Imetrex for them. Won't be able to do that since they are not recommended for pregnancy. Hope you get to feeling better

Every couple of months I do. Like I get very sick for a whole day. This month I was good. My mom says that feeling will go away once I get pregnant and have my 1st child. We'll see about that.
