Does anyone else get MAD frustrated with all the information out there?

All the books on parenting....all the websites...all the advice from everyone under the sun...it's all so frustrating and confusing!!!

Does the time ever come when you feel like you've just figured it out for yourself and don't need to go to all these resources?

Of course. I always just took everything I read with a grain of salt. To me, all of the books and the websites are just guidelines. The reality is every baby is different and as you get to know your baby and they grow and change you find out what works and what doesn't for YOUR baby. Sometimes that doesn't correlate with what the books say and that's fine. Babies don't fit into a "one size fits all" mold. As a mom you do what's best for YOUR child. The books and the websites are a great resource but nothing is better than the first hand experience you're getting with your own child.

In the end.........just know that as long as your baby is happy and healthy and thriving you are doing your job just perfectly!

Yes I know what you mean! But you know your child best, so all you can do is take the info in and do what you need to do :)
