Does anyone else get outrageously hungry after running?
This has always happened to me. Whenever I run, I get sooo hungry afterwards. Then I end up eating way to much. Any good ideas on something that I can eat that will actually satisfy me?

Yeas, me too. That is why I run either right before breakfast, or right before dinner.... so I can eat right after.
If you can work out your schedual like this, you can eat a granola bar or banana afterwards.

this happens to me too. try eating something with a lot of protein after like eggs. and be sure to drink lots of water. oh and having something salty is good too like pretzels. if you're still hungry try to snack on "healthy" foods.

There are plenty of times that I am starving after running. I try to eat a banana a little before I run. I find that this helps stave off the feelings of starvation.

I usually eat eggs or a mix of tuna and chickpeas - anything with a good amount of protein.
