Does anyone else have this problem with maternity jeans?
So far, I've bought 2 pairs of maternity jeans - one pair is from the Gap and the others are Mavi jeans. Both pairs fit perfectly in the leg, butt, even the belly part (they are full panel). The problem is the part where the belly panel meets the jeans - that part gets so tight when I am sitting and makes it very uncomfortable! I'm so disappointed b/c I only wore the gap ones once and the mavis like two times and they are already not fitting well! I thought they'd last throughout the pregnancy and I even got a size larger than usual.
Am I the only one with this problem? Do you have any suggestions as to what brand might be better?
Thanks!

I have the same exact problem. I am having twins so I think my stomach may be "longer" than others. If I don't pull them up then they feel like they are falling down. It is so annoying. I have found the only thing that is comfortable for me are stretchy pants without a panel.

Re: Does anyone else have this problem with maternity jeans?
I bought several american star pairs at motherhood and a pair at H&M... I had no problems until after Scone dropped.
At 38 weeks, it got cooler so I broke out my jeans again. they pinch the bottom of my belly becuase Scone is now below that line where the denim meets the full panel. sooooo uncomfy
so now I'm forced to wear more summery pants (oh, and my ann taylor chino pants that I ) next week, even though it's not that warm anymore.....

YES! The ones I have are freedom somethings and they are so tight around my hips! And I outgrew my citizen ones awhile ago. I went to Pea in the Pod today and I got a real cheapy pair for 24 bucks and a pair of nicer ones for 70 and they do not have this problem at all! They are soft and stretchy!

My crotch is NEVER in the right place. I am always pulling them up, it's so annoying for sure.
