Does anyone else have trouble fully emptying your bladder?
Is it normal? I have had times when I go, wash my hands, leave the bathroom, and realize that I'm not finished. It's a huge pain at work because I'm a teacher, I teach three periods straight, and I can't just leave the room. I have to call someone and while many co-workers are great and happy to cover me, I feel badly because they have work to do too.
I have better luck if I wait till I REALLY have to go, but I don't like doing that either because I worry about UTIs.

I've been there. The best advice I can give you is to lean forward when you pee, it helps empty the bladder.

I totally get that all the time. I think I pee 20 times between getting up and leaving for work and then have to go sooo bad by the time I get to work 20 minutes later.
I tried the leaning thing but I think its just pressure - if I'm sitting I'm fine...when I stand I ALWAYS feel like I have to go.

Yes! I feel like I go to the bathroom every 20 minutes. It's even worse at night. I did find that not drinking fluids past a certain time at night helps a little. But I constantly feel dehydrated and am always drinking water, so it's hard for me to do this.

Also while you lean forward lift your belly from underneath. This helps relieve the pressure and helps you to empty completely.

Re: Does anyone else have trouble fully emptying your bladder?
I get like this sometimes and I get tired of walking back and forth to the bathroom. The leaning forward trick does work for me. I think it's worse when she is just pressing on my bladder. Sometimes I even feel like I have to go, but when I get there - nothing!

Thanks for posting this. This usually happens to me in the morning. I will try leaning now.
