Does anyone ever get ringing in their ears?

For about a week and a half I was having some mild nasal congestion. Nothing crazy. I had to get an endoscopy on Friday and I dont know if that bothered my sinuses or was going to happen anyway but later that day I felt a lot of pressure in my ears, felt more congested and started getting a ringing in my ears. I went to the ENT the following morning and didnt have an ear infection or fluid in my ears. He said you can be congested which causes eustacian tube dysfunction and get ringing. I have horrible post nasal drip that is making me gag. My nose isn't running but I feel like I have thick gunk in my nasal ways I am going back to the dr. tomorrow for an antibiotic because I think it's a sinus infection.

I am guessing the ringing is from my congestion. I have gotten it in the past but it is usually from an ear infection. It's been 4 days now and I am starting to freak out. It doesnt bother me during the day, only at night when I am trying to sleep

that sounds like a sinus infection for sure.
