Does anyone have a Bowflex® TreadClimber?
I just got back from the doctor about my left knee. I have been having some problems with it.
My knee is good shape and feeling much better, but he said the running I do will wear it down.
He suggested I look into biking or ellipitical for cardio and not just running.
I have been interested in the Bowflex® TreadClimber and now I am really interested.
Anyone have one?

I don't have one, but I occasionally use it at the gym.
I like it better than the elliptical, b/c it still putting foot to ground, and for whatever reason, that gives me more of a workout than having my legs flying through the air )elliptical style)
it doesn't beat running in terms of sweat factor, but the settings are great and you can get a decent cardio workout.

I have one. Used to use it all the time........until I started running at the gym.
I liked it. Only thing is the fastest it goes is 4.0; it has a pretty decent incline but I wish the speed went a little faster. Otherwise, its a great machine.
