If so what do you have...ive been having what I thought to be allergy attacks-vomiting, diareah, rash, extreme pain...my new allergist seems to think it may be something autoimmune related! UG

Re: Does anyone have a diagnosed autoimmune disease?

I have a diagnosed autoimmune disease that affects circulation throughout the body. I was first diagnosed about 10 years ago. I have been seeing a rheumatoligist for it, although at this time she doesn't really do much but follow me every 6 months. As of now they have not found any connection between my condition and infertility but I am not convinced. I made an appt. with Dr. Barverman for 2 weeks to get his opinion.

I have not had any attacks that mimic allergic reactions but I am a very allergic person who tends to have reactions to different things - medications, foods, environmental, etc. I don't think for me the two are related. I would recommend going to a rheumatologist for a battery of testing. Most of the testing is blood work. Did the doc give you any idea of what autoimmune issue he was thinking of?
