Does anyone have a featherbed? Need advice.
I'm moving in with my boyfriend and I love my extremely hard, firm mattress. He hates it. Do you think its possible to put a twin sized feather bed on his side of the bed? It seems silly but it's the only thing I can think of (other than investing in a sleep number bed) that would make both of us happy with the 2 - old mattress I already have!

You could, but it will shift around a lot. Most of them have elastics that wrap around the corners of the bed. So without those, on 2 sides, I'm not sure how that would work.

Good point, I didn't think of that! Thank you!

What about getting a Bob o Pedic? Mine is firm which DH loves but still super comfy and tolerable for me and I love a softer mattress.

Put the featherbed or memory foam topper under a mattress pad and then the fitted sheet. Should keep it from shifting around.
