Does anyone have a mashed cauliflower recipe?

I've never made this before but would love to try it. Anyone have a good recipe/directions? TIA

I usually steam it and throw it in the food processor and make them like I would mashed potatoes....the other way i looooooove them is if you steam it up, mix it with blue cheese or gorgonzola cheese...some extra on top and bake it in the over until golden brown on top (you can broil it a minute or two at the end to make it extra crunchy) PS...i also do that with regular potatos too.
