Does anyone have any suggestions for clomid-induced hot flashes?
I get them occasionally during the day, but they are so bad at night that I haven't gotten a good night's sleep in a few days. I wake up because I am so hot,throw off the covers, and then wake up a little bit later becauseI am cold. This cycles goes on all night. I am exhausted.

my DH had to endure freezing temps because I insisted I needed the AC blasting, the ceiling fan going as well as a free standing fan blowing on me.

Its crazy. I guess we're getting of preview of what will happen to us in another 20 years or so.

Lauren... I was the SAME way. I didnt sleep for weeks because of them. I have no advive except to hang in there.
