Does anyone have the gyro bowl? Is it really spillproof?
I am about to order 4 of these. Wanted to make sure it actually worked.

Somehow my DS still managed to spill things. If they move slowly it works fine. If they move too fast, it can spill out.

Re: Does anyone have the gyro bowl? Is it really spillproof?
Just using plain physics, you can tell that it can't work 100%. There is friction inherent in plastic rubbing on plastic, plus inertial momentum, air resistance, etc. That means that if the bowl is moved too quickly, the friction won't be surpassed, and food will spill.
However, it should prevent a lot of spills... It's also kinda cool....

Looks cool, but if you just hold the inside bowl part (stop it from moving) and turn it upside down it will all spill out no?
