Does anyone here workout to a Pilates tape?
Do you see any results? Are you dieting and doing other fitness as well (walking, running etc)?

 No I've been doing my Windsor Pilate tape recently and I just wanted to see if anyone else was seeing results.

I wonder this myself. I have heard it does wonders, but I wasn't sure. I am interested in starting Pilates!

My DH and I started yoga/pilates and its hard and hurts but you can see subtles changes already and it only 2-3 weeks.

Not anymore (but I'm starting back up this week), but I used to. FOr the 6 months leading up to my wedding, I used Windsor pilates about 3 times a week, and about 4 days a week I did 30-40 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical. I was, and still do, eat very well - no processed food, no meat, lots of veggies and fruits. I have never been as good shape as I was then. And the Pilates made a HUGE difference - my body shape started changing, and tightening overall. It was great...
