I am not positive, but I don't see why you couldn't. even if you were pregnant, you wouldn't be sharing circulatory systems with the embryo

I asked my DR. and she said in so many words that she can't say go ahead (to cover her own azz) but implied it would be ok.
I took it last night and finally slept thru the night. Codeine is a miracle.
