I heard from an American co worker here that you can do it online. It wasn't very clear, though.
All of my friends haven't got their ballots either. I will be in the US, so I don't need one.

I am going to ring the Nassau County Voting office today because I have been registered for an absentee ballot for almost 10 years now, so I don't think I should have to re-register.
This is a palaver and a half!
But I do know that NY Absentee Ballots have only hit the UK yesterday...so maybe I will get mine tonight. Are you girls SURE that I have to register again?
