does anyone know about the company
DIRECT BUY? i got the number off of HGTV, and they called me for a free visitors pass..
question is: how does this work? i know you save $$$ but it sounds shady to me..do you have to pay some sort of price? TIA!!

Yes, there is a very large fee to join (a couple of thousand dollars).
We have friends who belong who swear by it but, it's really only worth it if you plan on doing a lot of work on your house (ie, they saved a ton on new cabinets and kitchen appliances when redoing their kitchen).
There are a few threads about this on the home board.

oh wow thanks..i was just looking at furniture..but eventually down the road i will do my kitchen..good to know..thanks..
