does anyone know about the company

DIRECT BUY? i got the number off of HGTV, and they called me for a free visitors pass..


question is: how does this work? i know you save $$$ but it sounds shady to me..do you have to pay some sort of price? TIA!!

I don't have any information or experience with them. But if you do a search on here you will see a lot of posts on them. They've been discussed many times.

My parents and some other people we know have Direct Buy. You pay a membership fee which is but if you're doing renovations and buying a lot of things it's definately worth it. The prices are much lower than in the stores.
They offer a lot....kitchen cabinets, bedroom sets, carpet, hardwood floors, bbq grills, mattresses. Almost anything you can think of.
When you go there, you look through catalogs, so it's much better to know which item/brand/model you want before you go because they usually dont have floor models.

Also, when going in for your consultation, you should have an idea if you want to sign up or not. If you decide not to join that day, then that's it. You can't join again.
I think it's worth it, especially if you're just moving in or remodeling.
