Does anyone know for sure if
bagel store bagels have milk in them?
I just realized my bread does. I don't know why I thought they didn't...

I stay clear. The only sure thing I found was that Arnolds Select Wheat Hamburger buns.
I made my own bread a few months back, I have to get back into that habit.

Re: Does anyone know for sure if
Many of them do. I asked at my bagel store and they don't have any milk or egg in them (except the egg ones). It's a kosher bagel store.
ETA: As far as bread, I get the Weight Watchers Wheat which has no milk in it.

Re: Does anyone know for sure if
I don't know about the bagels but I do know that I can find bread in any supermarket for DS. Weight Watchers bread has no milk and I just read the labels on the others. Alot of times I find the store brand doesn't have milk. I also buy the thomas mini bagels

I always forget that I am on soy alert as well. I will have to check the WW bread to see about soy.
