Does anyone know (formula related)
If Oxford will cover Similac Alimentum?
I found out tonight DS has a milk allergy and this is the type of formula the pediatrician wants him to try. She also mentioned nutramigen as well as a possibility.
I stopped by CVS tonight and saw they sell this over the counter but it's almost $30.00 for a can that will make only 19 6 oz bottles!!!

Each insurance is different and each company that carries the insurance is different. For instance, my dd was on Neocate, which is a prescription formula, but our insurance wouldn't cover it because my husband's company has private insurance and didn't have to cover the formula. And that was $50 a can

Speaking from experience, the only two formulas that are completely awesome and milk-free are neocate and elecare/ if u need help fm me and call me..I get everyone covered/
