Does anyone know how often BRU trade in event is?

My DB and SIL offered us some items to trade in so we can buy new stuff for our . The problem is I'm only 14 weeks and think its too early o get stuff... And haven't really looked @ stuff yet as a result. I have a history of losses and though we're thankfully many weeks past the furthest I'd ever gotten before- the fear is still there. Their points were valid, but I would feel better waiting a while as I'm not due until August. Any idea how many times a year they do their trade in event? TIA!

It has been held twice a year usually a week or two in (Jan/Feb) and (Aug/Sept.)
