Does anyone know how to recover a deleted file from a flash drive?
Someone deleted an Access file from my flash drive, and I desperately need it. Does anyone know how to restore the file?

You can run recovery software on the drive.
Install the software on your PC though - not on the flash drive.
I might have something at work that I can help you with but not til Monday.
Try looking for something to download in the meantime if it can't wait til then.
