Does anyone know if the NY Lottery has gift certificates
We do Secret Santa in my DH's familly and I got our BIL and he plays the 3 or 4 numbers - not even sure
I'm getting him clothes too, but I thought it would be a good idea to get gift certificates (instead of scratch offs).

I don't think they have gc's but you can go to any corner store that has the lotto and tell them what you need. They can pick the numbers at random.

I know, but I think he plays particular numbers, and I don't them.
People get funny when it comes to picking numbers.
