Does anyone know of a Yoga studio in the Mt. Sinai area?
I need a full-on, patchoulli incense burning,"om" chanting, real-deal yoga studio. I apparently have relaxation issues (OK I get it, I am type A), and 3 drs have now recommended that I go to a "real" Yoga studio. The problem is all of my Drs are still in Nassau, and I moved.

Satya Yoga in Mt. Sinai. I have never been though.
Also there is Prana Pilates in St. James but that is much further.
