Does anyone know of daycare centers in bayside, little neck, douglaston, new hyde park that will care for infants - Part Time?

A lot of places that DH has been interviewing charge full time for watching infants part time.

Did you try the Nassau county child care web site? What do you mean by part time?

For example, when my DD started with her day care (in home) she was part time. 3 days a week @ $60.00 per day.

That is exactly how many days I need daycare for - 3 days, sometimes 2 days a week but they charge you for 5 days no matter what.

That is exactly how many days I need daycare for - 3 days, sometimes 2 days a week but they charge you for 5 days no matter what.



You won't find a center that does because NYS law dictates no crib sharing. Therefore they hold the crib even when the baby is not there, so you have to pay for that time.

A baby sitter or inhome care will be the only option for part time for an infant.

Try Harbor Day Child Care... on Herricks Rd. in New Hyde Park.
