Does anyone know someone in brick work?

I need some help!! We had our stoop done in brick 2 months ago and they are all turing white (supposed to be red).

I contacted to person who did it and he said their is an acid spray that would get rid of it.

I'm STILL waiting for him to do it and it's been 2 months.


Is this true? Is there something out there that gets the white out and does anyone know what it's called?

I'm going to see if I can do it myself, I'm tired of waiting for this moron!!!
