Does anyone know what this is??

I am experiencing the following pain symptoms in my right elbow (only the right one). I've taken ibuprofen with no improvement. I do not recall injuring it. This started a few weeks ago and was intermittent, but over the past 3-4 days has been constant. My dad was saying it might be arthritis. My step-mom said maybe tennis elbow.

Pain when straightening or bending arm.
Pain when gripping or tightening a grip. Ex: Using a stapler.
Pain when lifting.
Pain when fully straightened.
No pain if bent and staying in same position, but once I move it I feel pain.
Pain when lifting a glass to drink or to scratch my face.

Sounds like tennis elbow. My best friend has this and your symptoms are very similar to hers
