Does anyone live all the way out east?

We will be moving to Riverhead, in a community up on the Long Island Sound. I will need to find a vet, a dog groomer, and someone who sits for dogs in their home. I can drive about half and hour.
Also, I will be needing a hair dresser for myself.
Do you have any recommendations?

We use hampton Veterinary in Speonk about 10-15 mins from Riverhead. Love them...
and we also use Dr. Buccalo( west Hampton Beach animal hospital) in westhampton Beach .

They are both great. Dr Buccalo is our primary doctor ( shots checkups etc) but we use Dr Wen for serious issues like allergies etc. He uses traditional and holistic methods.

We would use him full time but he is a little pricey.
Sorry don't know of any good hair dresser in Riverhead.. though there are a few in Hampton baysfrom what I have hear. I go to Miller place myself.

For hairdressers I would recommend Robert James Salon in Riverhead.

I live in Ridge, but right on the border of wading river-I get my haircut at Pavlova in Wading River.

My Mom lives in Calverton & we both get our dogs groomed at Best Friends Grooming in Calverton.

Our vet is Doctor Archer, he was in the Riverhead Animal Hospital but moved his practice to Shirley, we still use him because he is awesome.
