I used to LOVE these cookies!!! I am still not over the fact that they got rid of them.

OMG, I loved these and had forgotten all about them. The marshmallow had a odd texture if I recall, not bad just different.
Oh man, now I want one

I loved 123 Jello. Does anyone remember it? My mom has a box from back in the day that she won't get rid of, lol.
I found this recipe for it..
1 (6 ounce) package Jello gelatin
1/2 cup non-dairy powdered coffee creamer
2 tablespoons powdered egg whites
2 cups hot water
1 1/2 cups cold water
1/2 cup ice
Mix Jello and hot water in a blender about 1 minute on high.
Add creamer and blend for 30 seconds.
Add cold water and ice and blend until ice has dissolved.
Add powdered egg whites and blend for about one minute.
Pour into glasses slowly.
Refigerate and it will separate just like you remember it.

OMG...I remember all of these. I loved the marshmallow ones.
I also remember in the 80's there were smore cookies that you would put in the microwave for a few seconds and the marshmallow would puff up and the chocolate would melt....Mmmm...I could go for one right now
