Does anyone rent a storage space?
Can you give me recommendations?
Also, if you don't mind answering, what size do you rent and how much is it?

We did. We used Shurgard, had a non-climate controlled area about 10x4 (not sure) and it was $105/month.

We have a 5x10 unit in a climate controlled building with security for $133/month. I think it might be more if you have a unit on the first floor.

I don't have a reccomedation...but stay away from the storage place on Hammond Rd in Centereach...the owner is a scammer.

Public Storage in Farmingdale, near the corner of 110 and Great Neck Road. The people who run the place are excellent.
For a 10x10 I pay 154.00. When you first sign up you get the first month for $1.00.
