does anyone take yoga?

I just can't go to the gym anymore- I tried- but I just can't do it

the sad thing is- I look better now then I ever did when I went- I got so bulky from working out so much- I am much happier this way and eat so much better

my sister started taking yoga in maryland and loves it- she started dreading the gym also and says she looks forward to yoga!

anyone else like it? and where do you take it?

I signed up for a beginner Pilates class at one of the night Adult Ed programs through the school district. It was only $40 and I figured it was a good way to see if I liked it enough to join a real class. It's very basic, but the good thing is that I can feel it getting more difficult with each class.

This wont help you if you want to start right now, because the fall classes already started, but check the yellow pages and see if there are any yoga or pilates studios by your home.

there is a place right by my house- I thought this class sounded good

It's $18 per class or $150 for 10 then in keeps getting alittle cheap as you buy more

I LOVE Pilates Reformer I did this before my wedding and had to get my dress taken in twice-my stomach was starting to look good-then I quit

I do yoga once a week on Saturday mornings and I love it.
