does anyone use an online address book?
If so, which one? I need to get more organized and am wondering if this will help.

they key word here is "online"
Outlook and Excel are both programs which can keep you organzied on your pc/laptop...
if you use gmail or any online mail service, you can utlize the contacts there. Keep speak for the other but gmail mail can import csv and other formats. Google also offers calendar and online word, excel via google docs. More importantly, its free.

Thanks! I have gmail but never really looked into the features except for email itself. I'll check it out! Do you know if you can export to do a mail merge?

yes, you can export .csv and import that into excel...
google has tons of featuers..i think i read something that it can sync to ms outlook but i havn't looked into that yet
