I use it for my droid. I have been using it on and off for a few weeks. So far I like it, although I have nothing to compare it to.

I use it when I forget to charge my gps watch battery. I like the program a lot, but prefer not to run with my phone overall.

My friend has it set up to work with her ipod. I think it just talks over the music.

I have the droid and just hate having another thing to carry. But they couple of times I used it, it was good. I used it mainly for the GPS feature and tracking/graph of my run. I didn't use the audio part.

Oh, I'm all about programs, so this the appeal for me. My friend used the weight loss one and a bunch of others. She lost 38 lbs and can run a half marathon now.
I know people love the Garmin watches here, so I figured I'd post to see which I should go with (Garmin or Micoach). I really want to increase my distance and I think I need some kind of training tool like either of these, where I can keep track of my stats.
