Does anyone's 30 day shred DVD do this?
Do you have to sit through her explanation of the program every time? I can't get mine to skip it and just get to the exercises. Is it the way the DVD is set up or is it my player?

I can't get mine to skip either.  I usually turn it on, then go change, and by the time I am changed it's up to the workout.

OMG!!! Mine does and I thought it was just my DVD player. It's a zillion years old and the Shred is the only DVD I own so I always figured it was just the machine!
Annoying. I don't do the video sometimes bc of it.

if you stop it right after the work out of your choice is done (when it's back to the screen where you can pick which level workout you want) and just leave the dvd in the player, but shut the player off... when you go to do it the next day, it should come straight back to that screen. that's what i do.

Same here now I don't even listen to her anymore I just put my Ipod in and watch when she changes moves!
